All the prices of the services in this site are quoted and transacted in USD only.

Is there any discount?
No discount will be given for all design plans available, however you may request for a custom quote if you require a more complex or dynamic website design and development service.

What is your turnaround time?
You will get the initial concept of the homepage design within 5 working days upon provision of your website content. For complete website development, it depends on the number of pages that to be done for your website. Usually, a standard 5 pages website will take 5 working days for complete production, after provision of your website content and confirmation of the homepage design.

What are the information that I should prepared for you for my website development?
You should provide us with your company profile, contact information, products or services information and any other information that you intend to publish on your website.

What if I want some changes to the completed website?
Yes, you are always welcome to send over a list of changes you want to be made. We are happy to do those minor changes. In a case, it’s a major amendments that required greater effort, we may charge you separately.

Do you provide custom scripting service for database-driven website?
Yes, we do provide custom application development and scripting service for database-driven website based on PHP & MySQL, please contact us for more information about this service.

Besides PHP, do you code with other scripting languages such as ASP.net, JSP, and etc?
No, we do not.

Do you provide web hosting service?
Yes, we do provide web hosting service for only $80 per year with free domain name. You can find this option during the order process.

Can I know the features of your web hosting service?
Our hosting plan comes with 100Gb hosting space, 1000Gb transfer bandwidth, 100 emails account, 100 FTP accounts, 10 MySQL database, and CPanel control panel.

Will you provide the design source files after complete development?
You have to pay an extra cost to buy the design source files of your website, it is not provided with free of charge.

What are the payment method available?
We accept all major credit card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and DISCOVER.

Can I make payment via TT (Telegraphic Transfer or Wire Transfer) payment?
